Play is the natural way children communicate. Play therapy gives a space where a child can self-express and play out feelings. The goal is to have the child learn and know how he or she truly feels, thinks and does, which can help the child function more smoothly and live in a more authentic way.

Family & Parents
Family therapy addresses the children’s needs in a holistic way by taking into consideration the child’s specific environment and by utilizing and honoring the special dynamics family members share. It has the potential to strengthen the entire family while addressing the specific difficulties a child might face, empowering family members with tools to address the challenging behaviors.
Talking to your child about their changing bodies and sexuality, divorce and blending families, appropriate and safe behavior with electronics, preparing for college. I can provide in-home or telehealth therapy. After meeting in my office we can see if in-home therapy would be beneficial.
